Disgusting Service / Not one telephone number working!

It's a joke to get harassing sms's when not a single statement has been received via e-mail or post. This is not a difficult thing to do you know! Then to be almost immediately threatened with penalties. I have been trying all week to call to request someone e-mail me an actual statement before I will make any sort of payment - NOT ONE SINGLE TELEPHONE NUMBER WORKS! The lines are almost permanently engaged or nothing at all.

Are you not ashamed to provide shocking service like this?
