Disgusting service from SABC!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have made payment via the fnb application, and I have sent through the proof of payment through to sabc tv licence.

I have phoned numerous times asking for this to be rectified and it has not been done, now im been charged interest and I have already paid the account, the call centre is absolutely useless, has 1 person advised me to send the proof of payment again which i have done, and then i was told to call back a week later to see that it has been rectified, I have tried a week later and now another call centre agent tells me to go to the bank and get a proof of payment. This is absolutely disgusting service, and then to top it all I call was cut.

I do hope i get some feedback and assistance with regards to this matter.
