Disgusting Service by Sabc License Departmemt

I mistakenly paid money into the Sabc Tv License account on 21 Sept 2019. I contacted them on numerous occasions and was asked to send thru my Bank Statement and the money would be refunded. I was not told that it would take 4 to 8 weeks before I would be refunded until I phoned again to query. I have sent numerous emails and nobody has the decency to reply. I cannot believe in this technological age and with bank transfers being done in minutes it would take 8weeks to get a refund processed. Abaolutely disgusting service.
