disgusting service

I have a TV licence and first time i had to pay was last year end of January 2014 which i did when i received my letter via post this year i did not receive a letter at all no sms or email notification however yesterday i receive an email from mbdc lawyers to say my sabc TV licence account was handed over due to arrears and need to make payment for the amount of R344.50 immediately.So can someone from the Sabc please advised me when and where my letter was sent to and when did they inform me that i have an outstanding account or when was i handed over to lawyers because I'm sure if i received a letter i would have paid it.I am utterly disgusted and i don't want to sound ****** but i had this conversation with my collegues which is mostly black and was advised that most of them have more than one TV in their homes but does not have TV licence for any TV or if they have they don't pay it and never receive any such notices from lawyers so tell me are you guys only demanding money from coloureds and whites or how does it work.Hopefully il get a positive response from this complaint because you guys don't acknowledge clients in general.Lets see
