Disgusted with SABC TV licence department

I informed SABC TV licence department via email *** on 17 Feb 2020 that I had sold my TV and had attached affidavit and my ID document to cancel my TV licence. No response. Resent same email on 6 March 2020. On 22 April 2020 resent email with affidavit and ID documents to *** and *** and still no response. On 18th July received sms stating been handed over to Khumalo Masondo Attorneys. Emailed on 18th July same email with attachments to ***. No response Again received sms on 19 August 2020. I phoned Khumalo Masondo Attorneys on 19 August 2020 and spoke to Sibisisu. He said he would email me back with response. Todate which is the 25th August still no response. I was told telephonically by Sibisisu that I need to settle amount owing before they can cancel my TV licence. I have sent relevant documents through a month and a half prior to when TV licence was due.

Surely someone should read and open relevant attachments and cancel accordingly.

I await in great suspense for a response to this now.
