disappointment with service

I was handed over by sabc licence to Anthony Richards & Associates off which I have made arrangements to pay each month. payments have been made proof of payments sent to Anthony Richards & Associates but they can not update on my sabc profile to show I am no longer owing every day i still get sms threatening me that despite of payment arrangement I am still owing them, I am really disappointment with service I am getting as payment has been made prrof of payment sent.
