didn’t have a TV in the last 3 years

I didn’t have a TV in the last 3 years, Last year I still paid my TV license and call in to tell them I don’t watch or have a TV anymore, I have a computer and Projector and steam online (YouTube), they said they will cancel it but still have to pay so I paid and said to cancel it as I don’t watch TV anymore, now I receive a final notice. Mailed them tried to call them with no luck at all…….

They keep on calling me and sending me SMS's very day. You called me I did what you said but nothing please cancel this and get it done this is really getting out of hand
