DENYING TO TERMINATE THE STUPID TV LICENCE

For year one has been begging to cancel the stupid licence and yet you keep harrassing me saying i owe, in my understanding with the last engagement i had with the office was that i settle and have my licence terminated. but you persistently hand us over as if it is mandatory to hold a tv licence, when our tvs are ****** do you sent your sympathy? no there's no insurance and understanding for this, this is a violation of ones human rights. do better and stop with this discrimation.
