Demanding money after I paid

I was sent a sms on 26 August saying that i must pay R286 as settlement. I paid it then get me nessages to pay the remaining balance. I called in and spoke to Sifiso. He said it will be sorted out. I'm still being harrassed. I cannot #WIN.
