Delay in clearing payment of TV license

On the 12th of September 2023 I paid my TV license online via a link that was sent by them (SABC). Beginning of this year I kept receiving messages from Hahn collections on monies owed for the TV license which have now incurred penalties . I sent the TV license department as well as Hahn collections the proof of payment from the bank reflecting the date, amount paid, card number. However, Im still receiving messages of non-payment with more penalties. Such a poor level of service is dissatisfying
