De*****ing customers via debt collections - not assisting on customer reviews

De*****ing loyal citizen and poor service consultants, even when wanting to find resolution .

Over the past few months, I’ve been hounded by a debt collection agency wrt unpaid account on my tv license. I called SABC and said that I had a automatic debit order set up so that I wouldn’t have to worry about payment , but for some reason it stopped and it’s been accumulating interest with a balance of 901. Over the past month I’ve called them (REF George) and he was meant to get back back to me about the dispute since I said I am willing to pay the outstanding balance excluding interest (265 * 2) . He said that’s fine and was waiting on finance but nothing has been done and I called this morning with the worst service not even willing to assist by looking at past reference at what was done and saying I must pay... absolutely BS !!!! Has anyone else experience this and how do have get this resolved ?
