Deceased Licence Cancellation Confirmation Request - ***

I received a licence renewal for my mother, Juanita Maria Clack, who passed away on 17/07/2023 and forwarded a copy of her death certificate on 22 October 2023 when I received the renewal notice. I have asked for confirmation that my request to cancel the licence has been received and processed again on the 08/01/2024 as I have still not received confirmation. I sent the request to Sylvia Tladi. I would please like confirmation that the licence has been cancelled.
