Deceased estate transfer not happening
SABC continually send my late wife the bill for the TV licence. I have written several mails and even called a couple of times (wherein they ask me to write an email) but they continue to send me the bill in my late wife name and will not change it. <br> I want to pay, but I am unable to. Ridiculous.
