Dark hole

On 25 November I wanted to buy a TV at Game, but the SABC system was down and my licence details could not be verified. Game then debited me for the full fee of R265 and it was thus noted on my till slip. When my licence expired on 31 December, SABC kept on sending me threatening SMS messages and e-mails. I keep responding, they just never acknowledge or respond. It is an absolute dark hole, Trying to get through to the call centre is impossible - they never answer the phone. I am now hoping that they will start legal proceedings so that I can present my case to somebody that wants to speak to me. Absolutely pathetic.
