Dad Passed away 2001 - License Transferred to Mom in Old Age Home for past +/- 12 years

It is shocking to think my dad passed away on 7th December 2001, and received numerous outstanding bills which took me years and lots of paperwork to get the SABC TV License department to understand this. So eventually after many years it was sorted and quiet. Suddenly this account got send to my mother Mrs... H..., ID No.: ......, 81 years of age, for outstanding television license fees. She never in her life possessed a television. And when my dad passed away she lived by her children / grandchildren until she went to an old age home. I've send a Deatch certificate, enquiries to cencal license and lastly an affidavit explaining all. And yet again they want more information. Heaven know what it's goning to take to get this people to understand. How aboutchasing the poor people not paying tv licenses for decades. This could give the SABC TV Lic department a FAT Bank Balance

I once again made contact on the 17th of March 2017, got throught to a very ubrupt lady, refused to put me through to a senior person / departmental head. So I am still in the same boat. No response. Please could a departmental head / manger call me as this is beyond the joke. I also referred the issue to Radio 702 to go live.
