Customer Service Agents

<p>On Monday 10/05/2016, @ 11:07 am, i called the business department, for our company's license renewal invoice. I first spoke to Messy who just dropped the phone on me after she put me on hold, i called again and got through to Mashala Molokomme - i 1st explained to her how rude Messy was as i was so annoyed with her telephone etiquette. Mashala couldnt careless she carried on speaking to me with attitude as i explained that i needed our company invoice ammend as there was an added fee of an amount we had already paid. She said i should forward the confirmation of the R71.55 fee that was paid, which i did she then requested that i advise to which account we paid into, i still gave her that info. Yestereday i sent her 2 emails asking her for the ammended invoices as its due on the 1st of June and we wont be willing to pay interest. She hasnt responded on both emails to alteast advise if the matter is being dealt with. Emails is a sense of communication thats why we have it - i dont see why she has to be rude and careless when we both trying to do our jobs, she is not being co-operative i dont see why i must beg to be assisted with what should be her duty. If she cant do her job with pride and respect then she shouldnt deal with people. So can someone please sort out our invoice because after this service i'm not willing to call again and speak to another agent. Previous years i had good agents serving my queries, i dont see why it should be any different this year.</p> <p> </p> <p>acc ***.</p>
