Continued bills for licence that is not mine

I received a call from MBDCS regarding an unpaid TV licence. Apparently a licence was **********ly taken out in my name a number of years ago. I informed them that I do not have a licence, never had one, do not have a TV and never had one, and that I was living abroad at the time the licence in question was registered.<br> <br> MBDCS asked me to submit a sworn affidavit explaining these factors, which I did on 09 March 2015, to the email address they provided me over the phone. However they continue to send me emails and sms's asking for immediate payment, of what is now a very large sum.<br> <br> I was given the impression that once the affidavit was submitted the matter will be resolved. The fact that this has not happened is very troubling, seeing as there is clearly ********** activity occurring in my name.<br> <br> As a final note, given the nature of my complaint I cannot agree with the statement that I am a \bona fide"customer of SABC Tv Licences."""
