CONSTANT HARRASMENT BY SABC TV LICENSE DEPARTMENT!

I have been harassed by the TV license department for several years now. Initially NTOMBI MASEKO requested only that I send an affidavit confirming my TV was ****** after I purchased it. I sent her the affidavit. Then every month they e-mail me a reminder to renew my TV license. Then several months later GODFREY MPHATSWE requests I send them a case number of the theft. Well I don't have insurance, so opening a case would be useless as everyone knows how pathetic the police is. First and foremost, the AFFIDAVIT IS BINDING ON MY CONSCIENCE SO WHY THE **** WOULD I LIE? I live in an environment with an updated domestic license and I refuse to pay any amount to the TV license department, anyways I am jobless and broke so they don't have a chance to get any money out of me. Please stop harassing me and settle my account ASAP! I don't have time for ****!!!
