Conflicting/incorrect information?*****

What is on the statement and what i have to pay is totally not the same. I spoke to an agent and she said i should pay R430 for my account to be up to date and i received a statement to pay R2987. I was under debt review but still handed over. SABC TV license service is bad. They don't even have a n email for complaints department
