Complaint

I am so angry right now, so i receive an sms from Nu debt that my account has been handed over, i call them and explain that i received nothing from the SABC before today so i double check if my details are still updated and the kind assistant verified that none of my details have changed she provided me with the SABC number to call ********** 555 i call them and Nozipho tells me that they sent me a renewal last year (which i didnt get) as it shows on her system there was no other notification or reminder and that they hand it over after that, i mean how is that possible no other means and they haven't even updated my cell phone number, its ridiculous that i now have a debt of R980 of something i knew nothing about and which would've been avoided had they notified me, i really hope SABC does review all comments posted and they try and resolve or at least contact us because this is really ridiculous.
