CLOSING OF SABC TV LICENCE

Previously they had handed me over to MBD and I had explained to them that I do not have a tv anymore, when I finished paying them I requested for my TV license to be closed because I no longer have the TV which was ******. But they never did.

I sent the request for cancellation twice via email, dates 08 Fe18 and 13 Apr 18.

This is indeed upsetting to find that my request was not done now they want to bad name me when they failed to do their jobs in Sabc TV license. I'm not liable for whatever funds are being made in arrears as I done my part. And no once has even bothered to give me a call after my request. Today MBD sends me an sms that my account has been handed over to them.

They should remove my name from MBD and clear it, it's not acceptable .
