Closed account and after two years account still not closed.

I emigrated the start of 2016 and requested that my TV license account be closed. After two years, the account is still open and I received an e-mail that I am in arrears and that I will be handed over for debt collection. What a pathetic company, always an issue to get something done / sorted out. You can try emailing the SABC, e-mails just bounce back. Please close my account as I thought was done end 2015!
