Change your IT service provider - it's the right thing to do!

For the past month I have been receiving daily/weekly sms's telling me that my TV licence is overdue.

This is not the case. I have phoned SABC three times now - and each time I am assured that it is an IT problem and they are dealing with it. Clearly SABC need to change their IT service provider as it has taken over a month to stop automatically generated erroneous sms's from being sent to fully paid up licence holders, with no suceess yet. Come on SABC - do the right thing - change your IT service provider and provide good service to a paid up TV licence holder! - Its the right thing to do!
