Cannot cencel TV Licence

<p>I have been living outside of SA for 7 years and each year I get a renewal notice to pay my TV Licence. Every year I go through the same dance with SABC where they ask me to send them documents proving I have left the country. To date, I have never received an email to these letters and I get a new bill every year. I do the responsible thing and pay each time but can this seriously be this hard?</p> <p> </p> <p>Who can help?</p>
