Cannot cancel after emmigrating

I had a paid up licence to Feb 2015, I emigrated in June 2014<br> <br> I sent proof of selling the TV and all the details of the person who bought it and my Australian VISA<br> <br> I have sent this documentation on various occasions<br> <br> I am still getting billed and now my family is being called to ask for payment/where I am<br> <br> SABC, I am no longer in SA<br> <br> You will never be paid because I dont owe you anything after Feb 2015 and I desperately did try to do the right thing and cancel<br> <br> You just didn't cancel it.<br> <br> PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS <br>
