Cancelling of TV lincense since 2015

I have been trying to cancel my TV license since 2015 with no luck. I have been sending all documents that is required for cancelling numerous times but nothing has been done. I keep getting mails on how much i need to pay ect and now they are handing me over to deb collectors.

Please can SABC get their act together and cancel the license as requested!!
