Cancelled Licence never cancelled

My licence was cancelled in 2010. In May i was smsed to say i owe over R 2000! I then resubmitted an affidavit including ID numbers and tv licence numbers of the buyer of my tv and my fiancee. We live together and i sold my tv. <br> Since MAY I have been sending docs and corresponding via email and telephone and STILL I am told I owe them money. It's a ****** joke man! Big wigs get increases of nearly a million a year for doing WHAT??? Sitting on their asses and NOT doing their jobs!!!! I'm not leaving this here.
