Cancelled 9 years ago!!!

<p>I cancelled my tv lic 9 years ago with all the relevant paperwork in order and even got convermation that it was closed. Now I am receiving these threatening sms's that state a letter of demand has been issued and so on. I do not own a tv, and have not owned a tv for the last 10 years and will never own a tv. I stream everything I want to watch over the internet and netflix if I am looking for entertainment or go to the movies if something looks interesting. I'm at my wits end. I have handed in cancelation documentation along with 4 differant affidavits in the time period! They lost my paperwork that I handed in. If I remember correctly I even got conformation that the lic was cancelled in 2009. What does a person have to do to get this sorted our??????</p>
