Cancellation of TV license
Good day, I cancelled my TV license on 7 January 2016 as I emigrated from South Africa. I sent the affidavit (and accompanying proof that I sold my TV and proof of emigration in form of one way ticket and visa). Affidavit was posted, emailed and faxed and from tracking number of package, all documents were received by PSN NGCOBO on 20/01/2016. I have since sent numerous follow up queries using the online account and still have received no response. Please confirm my TV license is cancelled as I no longer live in South Africa. TV license number is ***.
