Cancellation of license

This morning i received a sms stating that i owe R1537. I called in back in 2014 and told you people that i was unemployed and could not afford to pay it and that it should be cancelled. I recall paying that last installment for that year of R265 . Since then I HAVE NOT received any letter sent to my home or even an sms , until today which I got a sms. I dont own a tv i sold it when i was unemployed. This was suppose to be cancelled 3 years ago already. NOW YOU GUYS WANT TO COME 3 YEARS LATER TO TELL ME I OWE YOU MONEY. I have not used that tv since it was sold. I am still unemployed and i cannot pay for this. Not once since I called in to cancel have I received my monthly letter or installment like i did before. So because of that I assumed you people cancelled it. The contact numbers you have now nobody answers the phone. You cant get back to your customers but you have time to send payment notices. I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR SOMETHING I HAVE NOT USED!
