Cancellation of deceased TV Licence

Hi, I am trying to cancel my late mothers TV licence. I send numerous e-mails to TVLICINFOIN <***>. With every email I receive a read report but nothing further. I have attached her TV account, original copy of her ID and death sertificate. Please help!
