Cancellation

I received an sms I must pay my account. I send an e-mail thru. The account was never cancelled. I received another sms stating that I they are going to hand me over. I phone and they said I must an affidavit to cancell my licence. I did send the mail, it was read and never cancelled. They still handed me over. Niemand wil jou help nie en ek kry gee terug voer.
