cancellation

Last month got my TV Licence statement, witch is due end October, I than phoned to inform them that we are moving to Mozambique by the end of April (spoke to Babalwa) she said I should go to the police station for a affidavit. I emailed the document on the 27th of March, phoned to follow up, spoke to Katlego on the 9th of April,she said they have my documents, she will send to the cancellation department and I will get a response in 5 days, 5 days come & went, still no reply. Phoned back today (20th of April) & still nothing has been done. I was told they are inbound, can't phone out but when they need payment than someone contacts quickly, than they inbound & outbound.
