Cancelation of Tv Licence
I paid my outstanding tv licence balance of R450 on 1June2015,submitted my divorce decree and affidavit which was all the information that was required for cancellation and contacted the SABC call centre on numerous occassions to follow up but and is always told the same thing that my query is with the cancellations department and I should ignore the tv licence renewal request I received for August.I have spoke to Lincoln,Annelize,ItumeIeng,Jeremiah,etc.I am disgusted by the pathetic service I have received as my cancelation has not been dealt with.Please can this query be resolved asap!!!
