Cancel TV licence ASAP

I have emailed all of the required info including the affidavit to have my TV licence cancelled. I have not received notification that my e-mail has been received. My TV licence number is ********** 131086 and my e-mail address is ********** All of the details as to why my licence is to be cancelled are included in the e-mail. Execute this ASAP. I do not want to pay for something that does not apply to me. Provide feedback to me once this has been finalised. Thanks.
