cancel tv licence and remove wrong contact

I'm honestly very angry at the SABC they keep sending people from nu debt management to continuously call me about a tv license that I long told them I don't have the tv for which was ******, I have even given them an affidavit that they requested as proof so they can cancel and stop billing me and I have sent them but they continue to call endlessly whilst I keep explaining the same thing over and over. What is even worse is I have accounts with YDE and Truworths they keep phoning the wrong person in relation with anything that has to do with my accounts and on several occasions I have explained to all 3 YDE, truworths and nu debt management to remove the contact which is a *** as he is not the account holder and they must stop calling him because he keeps harassing me due to them phoning him instead of me and now this person keeps making threats to me because of them and I have never given them his phone number...I think they have even listed his contacts on their collections and I have personally phoned them to remove him and deal with me but it never stops
