Cancel TV Licence

I called SABC TV Licence to enquire about cancelling a tv licence as the tv that I was suppose to purchase online I cancelled online purchace and I do not have a TV at home, I spoke to Ms Mapingo on the 27 July 2022 who advised me to write a letter and certify it at any commissioner of oaths of which I did and I emailed it the same day, till this day the tv licence has not been cancelled and I am generating interest charges for a tv that I do not have.
