Cancel my license already!!!!

My TV licence number is ***. I've relocated overseas. I phoned the TV license call centre before I left to find out what I need to do to cancel, and they said I just need to email my tickets, passport and a letter from my removals company to [Email Removed] This, they said is the ONLY way to cancel. I've done this 4 times now, the most recent being tonight. In the mean time, I've had renewal notifications and a demand for payment. I'VE LEFT THE COUNTRY, I'VE EMAILED THE SABC THE DOCUMENTATION REPEATEDLY, WHAT MORE MUST I DO? Please cancel my license, and reverse the renewal since that happened AFTER I left the country and therefore AFTER I requested cancellation.
