Can't seem to cancel account

I bought a TV last year and also took out my own tv licence, my parents always use to pay for my licence which has my address on. I then told them that I would take it out on my personal name. After two email queries sent to the SABC Licence department to cancel the old one, a couple of phone calls later, police affidavits sent... Nothing happens. We still have two licenses under one address. <br> <br> This morning I receive my account which is correct and my parents once again being handed over. How difficult is it to just terminate the one account so that I only have one for my house?? I need this resolved ASAP as we have done everything possible to get the one cancelled but receive absolutely no assistance from the SABS. Instead the threatening SMS messages stating that VVM Debt Collectors is handling the account. The ref number is ***.<br> <br> Can someone please resolve this matter??
