Can't Cancel TV Licence

I have sent through numerous emails requesting that my TV licence be cancelled as only once TV licence is required per household. I got married 3 years ago and emailed SABC informing them of this and sent my marriage certificate, my husbands TV licence number and updated my contact details. My details were updated and billing stopped for a year which tells me that my email was received and I was not billed for the following year. Billing has now resumed and needs to be stopped!<br> Please assist. <br> <br>
