Can't cancel business licence!
<p>Took out a business license over 12 years ago! A year later I sold the business. The broken TV was part of the smalls in the sale. Over the years I discarded the information on the sale of the business. Sent SABC an affidavid but still they say I must pay over R4000 and I can't cancell the contract without proof of sale, which I don't have any more. Really??</p>
