BREACH OF PROCEDURE, CANCELLATION PROCESS IGNORED.

The SABC has continually shown how absolutely useless they are at anything. The bottom line is, a TV license was cancelled BY AFFIDAVIT with the POLICE COMMISSIONER OF OATHS in 2009, however they still continually harrass and send collection agency after collection agency to try ****** money out of me. And everytime it happens I forward the AFFIDAVIT and the GOV link to show that I have followed the exact procedure regarding cancellation, YET THEY CHOOSE TO IGNORE THIS FACT and just go about being well, useless.
