Billing continues despite me no longer owning a tv

I keep emailing SABC TV Lic to tell them to stop billing me as i no longer have the tv and it was ****** during a break in. But they seem to over look that and continue adding interest. So shameful for me to have to continue paying for somethinng i dont own.
