billed for tv license & not in a possession of aTV

I bought a tv in 2007 from Game store. I was required to get a tv license and which I did .in 2013 in 2012 My tv was ****** .i recived a call in 2013 from MBD to advise that my account is in arrears with R800+ and I Explained to them that I do not own a tv anymore and was advise to settle the bill and thereafter the account will be closed. I made my arrangement and my account was settled and after a while was not receiving any calls or sms.In 2014 April I was billed with R320+ by SABC I then called them and they advised that I must fax through an affidavit and thereafter this will be sorted . I made an affidavit at the police station and faxed it as requested after a whle I received a call from KRB LAW and the same affidavit was faxed to them however they keep on harassing me with calls and I have on numerous occasion advise that I am not I a possession of a tv and todate I received an sms to advise that I owe RR476.00 and should pay to avoid further action .KRB LAW TEL *** .Can someone please sort this out anf clear my name Immediately as I cant be charged for something I do not own.and cannot repeat the same stories everyday.
