Biiled for TV licence not in SA
Hi I was informed by my previous land lord that I have an amount outstanding on my TV licence for R 3614, I dont know how I can be billed if I am workin overseas for the last 7 years and not living or working in South African anymore. How can I be billed for a services that I cannot use, as the SAMC is an south african country and does not apply to foreign countries, please ractify this my TV licence account is 159 586 759
