BEING IGNORED

I Have now submitted a special request with regard to a problem with my TV license to the SABC several times. Initially they read my messages but ignored them, now they do not even indicate that they read them.<br> <br> How can one deal with such incompetence?????<br> <br> In response to this I want the e-mail address of the head of the SABC, if he/she is at all still awake!!!
