BEING HARASSED CONTINUOUSLY ON A DAILY BASIS

I was retrenched in June last year. I am turning 60 in December so am battling to find employment. I am single so I have sold everything I had of value to survive as I am single. My TV licence was due in March and I advised the SABC that I no longer had my TV they said I had to send them an affidavit with the buyers name and all his details which I did, but still they handed me over. I have since been in contact with VVM and sent them the same affidavit, but still every day I get threatening sms's from the SABC and phome calls daily and even at night it has become so bad that I dont take their calls. I live with family have no income which I have explained to them on numerous ocasions, you cannot get blood from a stone and I will not pay for something that I dont have. When I had a TV and was working my licence was always up to date. I am ready to tear my hear out, I am so frustrated as this has been explained to them a million times, phone calls, e mails, really I am at my wits end, do I need to drW a picture. Please HELP
