Being charged on cancelled licence since 2019

Has anyone also experience the absolute incompetence of this so-called institution..... I cancelled my TV licence in 2019 as I was instructed to do by this institution.... And, surprise surprise, been contacted by collection agencies saying my account is in arrears.... Where do you go to report this ******** behavior?
