Being charged for something I don't have

Looking at all the negative reviews this is a disgrace.how I can I be asked to pay something I don't have and worst part is at 78 I don't own a TV and won't want one in the future if this is how sabc treats people I have been asked to pay over R600 for something i don't have by them constantly sending me SMS. Please review sent to me within 7-14 business days or I will take this further to the ombudsman as a consumer this is utter bull**** who would even want a TV when all people watch is repeats on movies.
