Battling to get TV licence cancelled

Getting no further response in trying to get TV license cancelled. Instead, account was handed over for collection. Affidavit was filled and sent to SABC. 92 year old lady not in possession of TV set since Oct'14. <br> Phoned and spoke to SABC and the collection company. No feedback as yet. No response to e-mails either.<br> Tried phoning but phone just ringing <br> <br> This is unacceptable, One should not be held liable for any more payments if in possession of proof that you contacted and did what required by SABC for cancelling your TV license for valid reasons-You do not have a TV set. I need this sorted out pls.<br> <br> \One pay a television license for being in possession of and/or using equipment which is capable of receiving a broadcasting signal."and once again"
